These web-pages were designed and compiled by Neil Cartlidge (using a platform provided by a company called Webmate).

The conference hub was designed by Neil Cartlidge and Mara Ciuntu (with support from Cvent). Mara single-handedly transferred the data from the draft program into the Cvent software: thereafter the management of its presentation on the hub (and the incorporation of changes requested by delegates) was shared by Mara and Neil with the chairs of the Program Committee, Julie Orlemanski and Philip Knox.

The Speaker Resource Centre was compiled by Neil Cartlidge (again with support from Cvent).

Credit for suggesting the use of the Cvent software in the first place is due to Judith Williams and Daryl Dowding of Event Durham.
